Peconic Humpback Porgies!  *(Sailing from: Jamesport, NY) 7am-2pm

This trip is ready to rock again in our 2019 Season!!  We invite you for an exciting day fishing the great spring run of Humpback Porgies, Blues and Weakfish that come every year to the waters of Peconic bay.  For the month of May we will be running special trips out of East Creek Marina, located in South Jamesport NY.  Hope you can join us and get in on this exciting time of year! 

 

On this Full day trip you will:

• Enjoy superior service and instruction from an expert crew that will guide and answer all your questions, assist you in all aspects of fishing, help you land your catch and even fillet em up for your dinner!


•  Enjoy catching lots of tasty Porgies to share with family and friends.  Porgies are delicious eating and when cleaned and prepared by our expert crew, you will have nice, light, flakey white meat fillets to cook up however you would like. The also put up a great fight and the kids love reeling them in!


•  Get to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and spend time away from the busy lives we all lead on land!!! Perhaps this is the best part of all! 

Come one, come all - all ages and levels of experience are welcome aboard the Celtic Quest!  From beginner to expert, Grandpa to the grandkids, hardcore angler to beginners, All are Welcome!

This trip features a full day excursion fishing for porgies.  We will also have a bycatch of bluefish and weaks as well.  

We will be happy to tie up the best rigs for you onboard.

What Is Not Included?

•  Tip for the crew for their services ( It is customary in our industry to tip the crew just as you would a server or bartender 15-20%)  Our crew works incredibly long and provide some of the highest quality service in our entire industry.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated by our crew.


• Food and drinks are not included.  We suggest you bring your lunch and drinks.  Our largest boat does have a vending machine, but sometimes the open boat trips do sail on the 60 foot Celtic Quest which does not have a vending machine.
